Measurements are accurate except for the internal length. For those under 7.5 inches in length you will need to cut a significant portion off to keep it from being floppy. It is very soft material and will feel great for her, but there are a few others that feel not quite as soft but offer the same girth and more length. We have other toys that serve this purpose better, like the Rhino and the really ample extender.
